History teaches us that those who submit to oppression, suffer and die. Those who unite and resist, survive.
It is hard to say ‘all lives matter’ until one can say honestly that all lives matter equally. I suspect that there will always be racists. But we must not allow it to be institutionalized in any of its guises, and we can never condone it.
